My husband and I are “do it yourselfers” to our core. No one can fix our cars, broken appliances, or build anything like we can. We also work in the operating room, so our standards are extra high. We priced renting the equipment to wash our house. It was going to be around $600 just for the equipment for the week we would need to get everything done. None of that price included the time it would take from our lives and other projects. So we called the number on the sign in our neighborhood just to see what it would cost to have someone else do the job. Hunter came by and spoke with my husband and explained his approach and tactics. Made sense to my husband, and it was less than the equipment we were looking to rent, so we said, “Let’s do it.” Our house had not been washed in 8+ years. So worst case, we figured at least someone would get the bulk off, and we could touch it up. And he fit us the weekend after our estimate. This guy came on time and worked! Super flexible, so we had time to get our coffee before our weekend cleaning took over. We do not trust people to do anything, as I said earlier, but wow!!! Our house looks amazing!!! And after everything dried we were immediately able to sit on our porch instead of our normal delayed/nagging induced spring cleaning schedule. Every afternoon we sit by our creek, and listen to water gently bubbling, and the birds singing in the trees, on our nice, clean patio. Because we finally trusted someone to help with our chores, we have recouped a ton of our time normally spent on work. Hunter arrived at my home just a few hours after I called him for an estimate to soft wash my house. He was very knowledgeable and he addressed all of my questions and concerns about the process thoroughly and professionally. I asked him if he was insured and he provided me with a copy of his company's workers' comp policy.
